Is my enrollment refundable?

Due to logistics, we will not be refunding enrollments this year. All sales are final.

Do you offer CEUs for the clinic?

Yes. Please email Keith at [email protected] for a certificate of completion.

What if I'm part of a staff that wants to register?

In past years at our in-person clinic, we've offered reduced rates for staffs of four (4) or more. For this year's virtual clinic, we're offering a group rate of $400 for a staff of five (5) or more coaches. You will use a single login to access the content so whoever signs up should be prepared to share that login with his fellow staff members.

We're a very small operation and this year is a tough one financially, so we ask that you please not share logins unless you've purchased the staff package.

How long do I have access to the content?

If you purchase a Limited Access Individual Ticket, you will have access to the lecture videos from 2/7/21 to 2/20/21. If you purchase either the Yearly Access Individual Ticket or the Staff Ticket, you will have access until 12/31/21.

How do the live Q&A sessions work?

Each evening of the clinic, we'll be holding a live Q&A on Zoom. You'll be able to ask your question right in the chat feature and the coach will answer it if time permits. You can sign up here to receive the meeting link via email each day.

Will you be offering any other virtual clinics this year?

Yes. We will be offering a separate Youth BNEFC geared toward youth coaches with lecturers from high schools across the nation. To hear more info about the youth clinic when it becomes available, sign up here.
